- KIT is an American based call center located in Salina Kansas. All of our representatives are in this location. We do not outsource any of our support.
- KIT takes the time needed to fix your customers issue the first time. We do not set limits or "goals" for call times. We'll take as long as needed to resolve an issue with your customer.
