Level 1 Call Center Representative
KIT Support is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Representative for part time employment.

Main Duties:
  • Provide quality customer service and support to clients throughout the US.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems over the phone.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (required)
  • Strong customer service skills, call center experience preferred.
  • Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Must be available to work assigned schedules, including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
  • Must have a working knowledge of computers and home networking
