Level 1 Call Center Representative
KIT Support is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Representative for part time employment.
Main Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and support to clients throughout the US.
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems over the phone.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Strong customer service skills, call center experience preferred.
- Must be able to multi-task, work with minimal supervision, follow written and oral instructions, show attention to detail, and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work assigned schedules, including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
- Must have a working knowledge of computers and home networking
